Race Entry Pack Collection

Date:  6th Mar 2010 (Saturday) and 7th Mar 2010 (Sunday)
Time:  11.00 am  to 8.00 pm
Venue:  White Sands Shopping Mall

1. How to get to White Sands Shopping Mall?
   
   By MRT:
   Pasir Ris Station (EW1)
   
   By Bus:
   To Pasir Ris Bus Interchange
   3, 5, 6, 12, 15, 17, 21, 58, 88, 354, 358, 359, 403, 518
   Along Pasir Ris Central
   3, 10, 89, 359, 403
   Along Pasir Ris Drive 1

2. Collection of Entry Pack
   It is mandatory for all participants to collect their Entry Pack during the Race Expo.
   Participants need to bring along the following documents for Entry Pack collection:
   a . Confirmation Slip
   b . Identification card for verification
   
   *The Organiser reserves the right to refuse anyone their Race Entry Pack without proper documentation.
   
   For participants below 18 years of age, please bring along the indemnity form signed by your parent or guardian if you have not faxed or email to us earlier.
   
   
3. Unable to collect your Entry Pack in person
   If you are unable to collect your Entry Pack personally during the 2 days, you may authorise someone to collect for you. He/she will need to produce the following documents in order to collect on your behalf:
    
   a . Completed and signed authorisation form
   b . Your confirmation slip
   c . A copy/photocopy of the runner’s identification card for verification
   d . His/her identification card for recording purposes
    
   Authorised collection is strictly on a 1-to-1 basis i.e. 1 person can only collect on behalf for 1 runner.
   Collection of Entry Pack after the Race Expo will not be entertained.

4. Make Your Race Expo experience a pleasant one!
    
   Having the right documents will help us to process your collection more quickly. If you are not sure where to go, our friendly ushers and queue marshals will be stationed on-site to guide you.
